Smash and Grab Auto Burglaries in the Casper Area

Sometime in the afternoon of October 26th at least 8 vehicles were burglarized in the central and east part of Casper. The vehicles had their windows broken out and items were then taken out of them. Casper Police Department believes two male subjects were involved in these burglaries. Residential Burglaries at 6355 Pitman Circle

The Casper Police Department is asking for your assistance on any information regarding two separate residential burglaries that have occurred at 6355 Pittman Circle. The first burglary occurred sometime between October 14th and 15th. The other one occurred sometime between October 15th and 17th. Items taken from the residence include tools, a power washer and two floor jacks along with other items.

Casper Police Department Seeks Information on Two Suspicious Fires

The Casper Police Department is asking for your assistance on any information regarding two suspicious fires. The first fire occurred on October 7th around 9:15 in the evening. The fire was set in a dumpster located behind the 15th Street Kum & Go. The second fire occurred on October 13th at around 5:15 in the morning. This fire was set in a detached garage located at 1412 S. Jackson. The garage was completely destroyed by the fire.


Auto Burglaries in the 400 and 500 Block of N. Lowell St.

Last week, in the 400 and 500 block of N. Lowell St., several vehicles were broken into and items taken out of them. One of the vehicles had a window broken out of it.

Casper Municipal Golf Course Windows Being Broken Out By Rocks

In the last month The Casper Municipal Golf Course, located at 2120 Allendale Blvd., has been vandalized five times. Someone has been throwing rocks through windows causing damage to the windows.  Total damage so far is over $1,000.00.

Vehicle Struck a Residence and Then Left the Area

On Friday March 11, at 11:21 in the evening a dark colored SUV was traveling south bound on S. McKinley Street. The SUV left the roadway and struck the front side of the residence at 2128 S. McKinley St. The vehicle then left the area.

Train Horns Stolen From BNSF Railway

Sometime between February 2nd and 4th and February 15th and 16th, and then again on February 25th, 9 Train horns were stolen from BNSF Railway.  The horns were on trains parked in the area of 888 Antler Dr.  The total value of the horns is $7,155.00.

A Residence Located In Natrona County Broken Into and Items Taken

Sometime between February 9, and February 13, 2016, an unknown suspect entered into a residence at 16055 Central Park Avenue in Natrona County and took several items. Those items included a queen size mattress, tire chains, new bathroom cabinets and a 12 gauge shotgun, totaling $1800.

Two Snowmobiles and Trailer Stolen from Burbacks Refrigeration

Sometime in the evening hours of January 24th two snowmobiles were taken from behind Burback Refrigeration located at 500 W. 1st St.  The snowmobiles are described as Polaris RMK’s.  One is a 2006 red in color with a red cover on it.  The other is a 2007 white in color with a black cover on it.  The snowmobiles were sitting on a homemade tilt back trailer with a black fiberglass windscreen on the front. Information needed on Danny Moser’s Death in 2001

On October 19, 2001, at approximately 1:00 am, Danny Moser was found by a Mills Police Officer lying on the parking lot of the Wagon Wheel Roller Skating Rink in Mills. Moser was unconscious and was suffering from a traumatic head injury. Investigators believe Moser may have been struck by a vehicle. The initial investigation identified Moser at the Cattleman’s Bar (currently the Wonder Bar), in Casper, prior to being found at the Wagon Wheel.

At the request of the Mills Police Department, the Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation has opened an investigation into the incident.
